Rewards Program- Updating Email Address
For customer information privacy and safety, unfortunately, we are unable to change the customer name, email address, or combine 2 different customer accounts once they have been activated.
If you would like your purchase points under your new email, please create a customer account and activate your VIP account under that email.
Once the accounts have been activated, please contact us back and we will transfer your purchase points over to your new email address.
Only Action Points (Orders, Reviews, Birthday Points) can be migrated to the new account. Tiers cannot be transferred.
