1. SPONSOR
L’ange Hair, Inc., 20310 Plummer Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 or older. Employees, immediate families, and household members of Sponsor, its affiliates, and advertising/fulfillment partners are not eligible.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
January 31, 2026, 12:00 AM PT – January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM PT.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Purchase Entry (Optional)
During the Promotion Period, eligible consumers who place an order on www.langehair.com will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry.
Eligible Order Conditions:
· Purchases must be for personal use only and not for resale.
· Gift cards are not eligible.
· If an order contains more than two (2) units of the same item, only the first two (2) units will be considered eligible for prize purposes.
· Limit one (1) entry per person and per household, regardless of the number of orders placed.
B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)
To enter without making a purchase, submit a postcard with your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP, phone, and email to:

· Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2026 and received by February 5, 2026.
· Photocopied, illegible, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries are not eligible.
· Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
· Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per household.
Mail-in and purchase entries will have equal odds of winning, based solely on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
A total of one hundred (100) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
The random drawing will be conducted on or about February 6, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated administrator.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. PRIZES
Each winner will receive one (1) prize, determined by method of entry:
· Purchase Entry Winners: A refund of up to $100 USD for an eligible order placed during the Promotion Period. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within approximately five (5) business days after verification.
· Mail-In Entry Winners: One (1) $20 USD L’ange e-gift card, delivered electronically.
Additional Prize Conditions:
· Refunds are promotional prizes and do not constitute rebates or price adjustments.
· If any product associated with a refunded order is returned, the refund amount will not exceed the amount actually paid and will be subject to Sponsor’s standard return policies.
· No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
· Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
7. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
· Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days. and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification.
· If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
8. PUBLICITY GRANT
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for marketing where legally permitted, without additional compensation.
9. PRIVACY
· Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: www.langehair.com
10. LIABILITY RELEASE
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and affiliated parties from liability related to participation, technical issues, or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relation to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and class actions and class arbitrations are expressly waived. Arbitration will apply Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
