OFFICIAL RULES - First 100 Purchasers Refund Promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of L’ange Hair, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and fulfillment providers are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion begins on December 2, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”), and ends on December 2, 2024, at 11:59 P.M. PST (“Promotion Period”).

TO ENTER

The first one hundred (100) customers who buy merchandise on L’angehair.com (the “Site”) during the Promotion Period will be issued a refund of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) of any merchandise purchased in their respective order. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds. - Limit one refund per customer and/or account. - Merchandise must be purchased for personal use and not for resale; to the extent an order contains more than two units of the same item, only the first two units will be refunded. - Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of purchase confirmation and will be credited back to the credit card/account from which the purchase was charged. - If any of the products related to the promotion are returned, any refund will equal the amount actually paid for the item, subject to applicable refund policies.

SMS ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is only valid for individuals who received an SMS message from L’ange Hair on December 2, 2024. Customers who were notified via email are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

MAIL-IN ENTRY (FREE METHOD)

To obtain an entry without making a purchase, legibly handprint your name, street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, country, telephone number, and complete email address on a standard 4” x 6” postcard (with no outer envelope) and mail to: L’ange Hair, Inc., 20310 Plummer Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311. - Each postcard must be mailed separately and must be postmarked by December 2, 2024 (the "Mail-in Entry"). - The first ten (10) mail-in entries will win a twenty-dollar ($20) L’ange Hair e-gift card. - Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mailed entries.

DRAWINGS

The first eligible one hundred orders will be selected in the order they are received by L’ange Hair on December 2, 2024. - Potential winners will be notified by email or phone call and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of the date of issuance. - If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period, the prize will be forfeited, and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected. - If a potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

PRIZES

One hundred (100) winners will receive a refund of up to $100 of any order placed during the Promotion Period. - Winners may not substitute, assign, or transfer a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. - Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. - All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. - Limit one (1) prize per person/household per year.

PUBLICITY GRANT

Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), photograph, voice, and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, announcing the winner’s name on the L’ange page on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media accounts) without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

USE OF DATA

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. - Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.langehair.com. - By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Released Parties are not responsible for: - Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries. - Technical errors, tampering, or other issues that may corrupt or impair the promotion's administration or fairness. - Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion at its discretion if it is compromised. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the promotion's legitimate operation may result in legal action.

WINNERS LIST

The winners’ list may be obtained after December 23, 2024, by sending a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: L’ange Hair, Inc., 20310 Plummer Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311 within two (2) months from the notification date above.
