OFFICIAL RULES – OFIR x L’ange Giveaway Promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 U.S. states (excluding Rhode Island) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible to participate. Employees (and their immediate family members—parent, child, spouse, or sibling—and their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and those living in the same households of L’ange Hair, Inc. and OFIR Cosmetics, LLC (collectively, “Sponsors”), including their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and fulfillment providers, are not eligible to enter or win.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

PROMOTION PERIOD
 
The promotion begins on March 8, 2025, at 12:00 A.M. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on March 15, 2025, at 11:59 P.M. PST (“Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER
Each qualifying purchase made at OFIRbeauty.com or Langehair.com during the Promotion Period earns one (1) entry into the giveaway. 

MAIL-IN ENTRY (NO PURCHASE REQUIRED)

To enter without making a purchase, legibly handprint your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid email address on a 4” x 6” postcard and mail it to:

Each postcard must be mailed separately and postmarked by March 15, 2025 (the “Mail-in Entry”). The first 10 valid mail-in entries will receive a $20 OFIR or L’ange e-gift card.

Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mailed entries.

Participants who enter online are not eligible to submit a mail-in entry, and any mail-in entries received from participants who have already entered online will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and may cross-reference online and mail-in entries to enforce the one method of entry per person limitation.

PRIZES & WINNER SELECTION

The Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around March 18, 2025 and will be notified via email or phone.

If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, does not meet eligibility requirements, or fails to return required documentation (if applicable), the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be chosen.

Limit: One (1) prize per person/household.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

We want to celebrate your winnings! By accepting a prize, except where legally prohibited, the winner grants permission for Sponsors to use their name, city, state, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for promotional purposes (including social media announcements) without additional compensation.
