3. How do the tiers work? Will I know when I reach Silver, Gold, or Rose Gold?
Our VIP Rewards Program consists of 3 distinct tiers: Silver (New customers who spend $0-$249 within 1 year) - Earn 2 points per $1 spent Gold (New customers who spend $0-$249 within 1 year) - Earn 2 points per $1 spent Rose Gold (Customers who spend $500+ within 1 year) - Earn 6 points per $1 spent
4. How do I earn points aside from purchases?

5. Do points expire?
Yes. For this reason, we highly recommend redeeming your points on a regular basis. All unredeemed points will expire when a program member has been inactive in the L’ange VIP Rewards Program within the last 12 months.
6. How do I redeem points?
It’s easy! You can easily redeem your rewards points at checkout. While checking out, you will be presented with your points balance and prompted to select how many points you want to use for your purchase. Remember, you'll need at least 500 points to redeem, and you can enjoy discounts towards your purchase depending on your points balance.
