- Start with hair that is completely dried and detangled before using Le Pirouette.
- The lights on the tool will each flash once when it is first/initially plugged into the electrical outlet (the tool has not started heating).
- To heat Le Pirouette, press the power button for 3 seconds and a white light will blink above the default temperature of 330°F until it reaches temperature.
- To select a different temperature, quickly press and release the power button until the light next to your desired temperature begins blinking.
- Once the tool has reached temperature, the white light will become solid above its current temperature.
- Apply your L'ange heat protectant of choice.
- Press the thumb rest to open the clip.
- Starting 1-2 inches from your ends, insert a 0.5-1" section of hair (for best results, insert hair into the middle of the clamp).
- Press the left arrow or the right arrow button to auto rotate the barrel in your preferred direction.
- Once the strand is wrapped, hold for approximately 5-10 seconds.
- Press the thumb rest to allow the curl to slide out from around the barrel.
- Allow the curl to cool in the palm of your hand.
- Press the circular home button to return the clamp back to center.
- Repeat all over until the desired style is achieved.
- Apply your finishing spray of choice and tousle to separate.
- Once you're finished styling, press and hold the home button for 3 seconds to turn tool OFF. All lights will turn off.
- Unplug Le Pirouette and wait until completely cooled before storing away.
