Terms of Sale for Vouchers

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS SITE and by purchasing a voucher, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH COMBINED WITH THE TERMS OF USE, WILL CONSTITUTE OUR AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT").

WE MAY AMEND THIS AGREEMENT FROM TIME TO TIME BY POSTING REVISED TERMS ONLINE.

By purchasing a voucher ("Voucher") from L’ange Hair, Inc. (“L’ange”) at langehair.com (the "Site"), you agree to the additional terms and conditions ("Terms of Sale") as provided hereafter. If you do not agree to the Site's Terms of Use or these Terms of Sale, you should refrain from using the Site.

All Vouchers are issued in connection with a promotional program, and may be purchased on the Site to be used in exchange for goods on the Site. During the designated promotional offer period, the Vouchers will be honored for greater value than their actual cost (“Promotional Value”). You may (but are not required to) create a profile with L’ange in order to purchase any Voucher. This will provide you with easy access to print your orders, view your past purchases, modify your preferences, and to ensure permissible use of the Voucher. The Voucher you purchase through the Site is redeemable for goods on the Site. L’ange can only issue refunds to the original card holder's credit card.

• There is a limit of one (1) Voucher per redemption.

• There is a limit of five (5) Vouchers purchase per order.

• The Promotional Value expires 180 days after purchase.
  
  
• The amount paid never expires. Once the Promotional Value expires, please contact L'ange Customer Service and they will issue a new code for the face value.
  
  
• A Voucher may be applied only to merchandise sold by L’ange, and may not be applied to shipping or handling charges. No portion of its value is intended to cover sales tax.
  
  
• A Voucher may only be used to purchase goods on the Site. It may not be used to purchase gift cards or warranties.
  
  
• A Voucher cannot be combined with any other vouchers, coupons, or promotions.
  
  
• L’ange is not responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers or Voucher  reference number.
  
  
• Reproduction, sale, trade or modification of a Voucher is prohibited unless done so in compliance with applicable law.
  
  
• Any attempted redemption not consistent with the terms and conditions will render the Voucher null and void.
  
  
• Void to the extent prohibited by law.
  
  
• If you redeem the Voucher for less than its face value, you will not be entitled to a credit equal to the difference between the face value (not the Promotional Value) and the amount you redeemed, unless required by applicable law.
  
  
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law.
  
  
• Any refund of the face value of the Voucher can only be made to the original form of payment.

You waive, and release L’ange and its officers, directors, employees and agents from, any claim, liabilities, damages, or injury arising from or related to any act or omission of L’ange in connection with a Voucher or the goods provided in connection therewith and/or as it relates to compliance with applicable unclaimed property and other laws relating to the redemption of the Vouchers or any portion thereof. Vouchers are redeemable in their entirety and on a one-time basis only and may not be redeemed incrementally.

By using this Site and purchasing a Voucher, you agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy you may have against L’ange arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with this Agreement, or the Site and purchase or sale of any Voucher(s), shall be resolved in the manner set forth in the Site Terms and Conditions.
