1. SPONSOR

L’ange Hair, Inc., 20310 Plummer Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 or older. Employees, immediate families, and household members of Sponsor, its affiliates, and advertising/fulfillment partners are not eligible.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

December 9, 2025, 8:15 AM PT – December 9, 2025, 11:59 PM PT.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry (Optional)
During the Promotion Period, the first 100 eligible orders placed on www.langehair.com may qualify for a refund of up to $100 per order. An eligible order is one where:

• · Merchandise must be purchased for personal use and not for resale; to the extent an order contains more than two units of the same item, only the first two units will be refunded.
• · Gift cards are not eligible.
  
• · Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of purchase confirmation and will be credited back to the original payment method.
  
• · If any of the products related to the promotion are returned, any refund will equal the amount actually paid for the item, subject to applicable refund policies.

B. Mail-In Entry (Free, Equal Chance)

To enter without making a purchase, submit a postcard with your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP, phone, and email to:

• · All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
• · Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mailed entries.

Limit one (1) entry per person/household.

5. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

• · Purchase Entries: First 100 eligible orders automatically qualify for a prize draw.
• · Mail-In Entries: All timely entries, limited to 20, are automatically included in the same prize draw.

6. PRIZES

Winners will receive:

• · A refund of up to $100 for an eligible order placed during the Promotion Period, or
• · A $20 L’ange e-gift card if no purchase was made.

Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

7. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

• · Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days. and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification.
• · If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. PUBLICITY GRANT

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for marketing where legally permitted, without additional compensation.

9. PRIVACY

10. LIABILITY RELEASE

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and affiliated parties from liability related to participation, technical issues, or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.

11. GOVERNING LAW

• · Florida law governs, excluding conflicts-of-law rules.
• · Disputes resolved individually, exclusively in Broward County courts.
