$500 L’ange Gift Card Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. Eligibility: The “$500 L’ange Gift Card Giveaway” Promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of L’ange Hair, Inc., and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by L’ange Hair, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 20310 Plummer Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311.
  3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
  4. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 11/4/2024 at _12 PM PT__ and ends on11/11/2024 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
  5. How to Enter:
    During the Promotion Period, complete the entry form by submitting your email address and phone number.
    By entering, you consent to receive recurring advertising messages via email and/or SMS message from L’ange Hair, Inc. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
    Limit one entry per person during the Promotion Period. Any attempt to submit additional entries will void all entries from that participant.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification:
    One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designee from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
    The drawing will occur on or about [Date of Drawing]. The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided in the entry form.
    If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected from remaining eligible entries.
  1. Prize:
    One (1) $500 gift card will be awarded. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize: $500.
    No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
  2. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  3. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
  4. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
  5. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the prize.
  6. Dispute Resolution: Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of California.
  7. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at Privacy.
  8. Winner’s List: To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to L’ange Hair, Inc., 20310 Plummer Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
  9. Email and Text Messaging Terms: By submitting the email and sms form, subscribers consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders) from L’ange at the phone number provided.
