- Brush and part damp hair into two equal sections.
- Place the velvet curling rod across the top of your head and secure one end of the rod with the hair clip.
- Starting on the unclipped side, take a small section of hair and wrap it around the rod (away from your face).
- Continue taking small sections of hair, adding each to the previous wrapped section as you work down the rod.
- Continue until the entire section is fully wrapped, tying a velvet scrunchie at the ends of the hair. Repeat on the other side.
- Lastly, cover your head with the adjustable hair bonnet to keep your curls secure and static-free. Wear it for a few hours until your hair dries or sleep with it overnight (for the best results).
