How do I join L'ange Rewards?
Simply create an account and you're in. You'll start earning points on eligible purchases and activities right away.
How do I earn points?
Earn points when you shop, refer friends, celebrate your birthday, and participate in special promotions.
How do I redeem my points?
You have two ways to redeem:
- Use Points at Checkout
- Apply your points directly at checkout for instant savings. A minimum of 500 points is required.
- Redeem for Perks
- Visit your Rewards Page while logged in and choose from available rewards like free shipping or free products. We'll generate a code for you to use at checkout.
Please Note: You can use either points or a rewards perk on an order, but not both.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Can i use my points with other promotions?
Usually, yes. Points can be used with select promotions, but some exclusions may apply. Check the promotion details for more information.
How long do I have to earn the 1,000 point reward for 5 purchases?
All 5 qualifying purchases must be completed within one calendar year to earn the 1,000 point reward.
Is there a limit to how many points I can use per order?
Yes. Any point redemption limits will be shown at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned, so be sure to use them before they expire.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
Why didn't I get my 2,500 referral points?
A few things to check:
- Your friend must be a new customer
- They must spend at least $50 on their first order
- The order must be completed successfully
Once those requirements are met, your points will be added automatically.
Can I earn points when shopping through other retailers?
No. Points can only be earned on purchases made directly through our website.
Where did my points go?
If you redeemed points but didn't place your order, your points are usually returned to your account automatically.
Be sure you're logged in and check the Available Rewards section of your Rewards Page for any active rewards.

What are rewards tiers?
The more you shop, the more perks you unlock. Higher tiers get access to exclusive rewards, bonus points opportunities, and special offers.
Do I need an account to earn rewards?
Yes. You'll need an account and must be logged in to earn and redeem points.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
