We adore our L'ange customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us!

At this time L'ange does not offer exchanges, however, we will gladly accept your returned styling tool within 60 days from the date of shipping. International Returns are not accepted at this time. There is a flat fee of $8.50 for the return label.
  • Ready to get your return started? It's easy - just head to our Return Center and initiate your return request. Enter the email associated with the order and your order number.
  • From there, you can select the tool you'd like to return and why. You even have the opportunity to provide any additional comments.
  • Next, select either "Drop Off at The UPS Store" or "Use My Own Carrier" to get your return back to us.
  • The ups store? You'll be provided with a list of UPS Drop Off Locations in your area. Don't see one close to you? No problem, just select "Proceed without selecting a drop-off location" to continue.
  • If you select the "Use My Own Carrier" option, you will be able to print your own label and drop off your packed return at a shipping center of your choice.
  • Once you review and agree to the Estimated Refund amount, the number of items being returned, and the return shipping method, hit the "Submit My Return" button. You’ll get a confirmation email soon after with the next steps for your return.
  • Your refund should hit your original payment method within 2-5 business days from the date the carrier receives your return. However, mark this down: The original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the estimated refund along with the cost of the return shipping label, and the tax refund will be based on the tool being returned.
  • We hope this makes the whole return process super simple for you!

  • Items outside of Original Packaging
  • Defective/Damage Items (Items must be in good condition and with original packaging)
Please note that if you send a hair care product back, you will only be refunded for the tool(s) included. Hair Care Products and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Free items or orders that were purchased with a free item discount code are considered final sale. We may allow a return of a purchased tool within this order, exclusively for Store Credit. Refunds will not be issued for this.



We are pleased to offer a limited warranty on L'ange Hair products. Our limited warranty covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship from the date of purchase. At our discretion, L'ange Hair will either refund the cost of the order or exchange the damaged/defective product.


Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, day to day wear and tear including product build-up, scratched or damaged plates, abuse of the electrical cord, neglect in safety, or the use of unauthorized attachments.
Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.

Our limited warranty covers only styling tools as any Hair Care & Accessories products are final sale and cannot be returned.
