Return Policy

We adore our L'ange customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly accept your returned styling tool within 60 days from date of shipping.

  • Returned products must be in good condition and in the original packaging.

  • Damaged or Defective Products cannot be returned, as this is handled differently. If you believe your item is damaged or defective, reach out to us with a video clearly showing the damage or clearly showing the defect.

We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging.

Hair Extensions: Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of our customers. This is an industry standard and other hair extension companies do not allow opened items to be returned for the same reason. If you remove the weft from its backing, wear it, use any products on it or open the main compartment, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If the seal has been broken, your extensions are not returnable.

Please note: If you have modified your extensions in any way and are unhappy with the results (i.e. bleaching, cutting or coloring) L’ange is not responsible. Modifying extensions is done at the customer’s discretion and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended. Extensions are not considered faulty and L’ange is not responsible if their condition deteriorates due to poor care, treatment or application.

Please note that if you send a hair care product back, you will only be refunded for the tool(s) included. Hair Care Products & Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Free items or orders that were purchased with a free item discount code, are considered final sale. We may allow a return of a purchased tool within this order, exclusively for Store Credit. Refunds will not be issued for this.

  1. Enter the email associated with the order you would like to return into the ‘Enter Your Email’ field.

  2. Open the email you receive titled: ‘Your L'ange Hair Return’.

  3. Press: ‘Start a Return’.

  4. You will then be routed to our ‘Return Center’.

  5. Check the product you want to return.

  6. Then, press the right top green button that says ‘Return Items’.

  7. Your estimated refund will be shown.

  8. Note, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the estimated refund along with the cost of the return shipping label. The Shipping Label fee is $7.

  9. Tax refund will be calculated based on the product being returned.

  10. Once you confirm, your return shipping label will get generated.

  12. You will also receive your Instant Refund Voucher code which can be redeemed towards any new purchase at langehair.com.
Your Return will be refunded once the package has been received and processed. This usually will be 2-5 business days from the date of arrival from the carrier.

EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return then purchase a new product at langehair.com. This way you will have the option to get your desired product delivered to you faster without waiting for your returned product to arrive at our distribution center for processing.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We are pleased to offer a limited warranty on L'ange Hair products. Our limited warranty covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship from the date of purchase. At our discretion, L'ange Hair will either refund the cost of the order or exchange the damaged/defective product.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, day to day wear and tear including product build-up, scratched or damaged plates, abuse of the electrical cord, neglect in safety, or the use of unauthorized attachments.
Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.

Our limited warranty covers only styling tools as any Hair Care & Accessories products are final sale and cannot be returned.
