RETURNS

We adore our L'ange customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly accept your returned Hair Tools within fifteen (15) days of delivery, in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging at this time.

Hair Care & Accessories products are final sale and cannot be returned.

1. Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your request with your order number in order to obtain a Return Request Form to complete. CLICK HERE TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN REQUEST.

2. Complete the Return Request Form and include a copy of your invoice along with the product(s). You may ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in the event that we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. L’ange is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

3. Please address your return package to:

We do NOT cover shipping costs for general returns.

If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please CLICK HERE to request a return label.

4. Your return request will be processed promptly. Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received, we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return request.

5. We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your return. A $7 handling and processing fee will be deducted. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refunded transaction.

6. At this time, we cannot provide refunds for L'ange products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on langehair.com may be returned for a refund.

EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return then purchase a new product at langehair.com. This way you will have the option to get your desired product delivered to you faster without waiting for your returned product to arrive at our distribution center for processing.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We are pleased to offer a limited warranty on L'ange Hair products. Our limited warranty covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship from the date of purchase. At our discretion, L'ange Hair will either refund the cost of the order or exchange the damaged/defective product.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, day to day wear and tear including product build-up, scratched or damaged plates, abuse of the electrical cord, neglect in safety, or the use of unauthorized attachments.
Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.

Our limited warranty covers only styling tools as any Hair Care & Accessories products are final sale and cannot be returned.

We adore our L'ange Hair customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us! We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. Therefore, in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, L'ange Hair cannot accept any liquids or hair accessories for return or exchange.
