Giveaway Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SPONSOR
L’ange Hair, Inc.,1855 Griffin Road, Suite 450 C, Dania Beach, Florida 33004 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor, its affiliates, and advertising/fulfillment partners are not eligible to enter.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The giveaway begins on May 20th, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT and ends on May 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of this window will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Social Media Entry
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing all of the following steps on the official giveaway post published on L’ange Hair’s Instagram and TikTok accounts(@langehair):
∘ Like the official giveaway post.
∘ Tag a friend in the comments of the post.
∘ Follow @langehair on both TikTok and Instagram.
Bonus Entry: Reposting the official giveaway post on Instagram or TikTok during the Promotion Period will earn one (1) additional bonus entry. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person.
Social Media Entry Conditions:
∘ Limit one (1) standard entry and one (1) bonus repost entry per person, per household.
∘ Entrant must have a public Instagram or TikTok profile to be eligible.
∘ This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok or Instagram. Any questions or concerns should be directed to L’ange Hair, not to TikTok or Instagram.
B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)
To enter without making a purchase or using social media, submit a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address to:

∘ Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 25th, 2026 and received by May 30th, 2026.
∘ Photocopied, illegible, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries are not eligible.
∘ Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
∘ Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per household.
All eligible entries — social media and mail-in — will have equal odds of winning, based solely on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. DETERMINATION OF WINNER
Two (2) winners from Instagram and two (2) winners from TikTok will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
The random drawing will be conducted on or about June 1st, 2026, by Sponsor or its designated administrator.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. PRIZE
Four (4) winners will receive:
∘ One (1) Le Volume 2-in-1 Titanium Brush Dryer (approximate retail value: $69.00 USD).
Additional Prize Conditions:
∘ No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
∘ Prize color/variant is subject to availability at time of fulfillment.
∘ Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
∘ Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
7. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The selected winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) by @langehair on Instagram or TikTok within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification.
If a winner cannot be contacted within the specified timeframe, is ineligible, fails to comply with these rules, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random.
8. PUBLICITY GRANT
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for marketing and promotional purposes where legally permitted, without additional compensation.
9. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for administration of the giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at langehair.com.
10. LIABILITY RELEASE
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliated parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability related to participation in this promotion, technical issues, or prize use or misuse. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures that may affect entry.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions and class arbitrations are expressly waived. Arbitration will apply Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
12. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this promotion. All questions and concerns regarding this giveaway should be directed to L’ange Hair, not to Instagram or TikTok.
