1. SPONSOR
L'ange Hair, Inc., 1855 Griffin Road, Suite 450 C, Dania Beach, Florida 33004 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Florida Panthers, the National Hockey League, or their affiliates.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 or older. Employees, immediate families, and household members of Sponsor, its affiliates, and advertising/fulfillment partners are not eligible.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
October 29, 2026, 12:00 AM PT – November 5, 2026, 11:59 PM PT.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Online Entry
During the Promotion Period, scan the QR code displayed at the Florida Panthers event on October 30, 2026, or visit [landing page URL], and submit your email address and mobile phone number to receive one (1) entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per household, regardless of the number of submissions and regardless of methods.Â
Automated, duplicate, or ineligible entries will be disqualified.
To enter online, you must provide a valid mobile number and agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor at that number, as described in Section 13. Agreeing to receive text messages is required to enter online but is not required for any purchase. A free alternative method of entry that does not require agreeing to text messages is available under Section 4B. Entry also includes receipt of marketing emails from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time.
B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)Â
Submit a postcard with your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP, phone, and email to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than November 5, 2026 and received by November 10, 2026.
Photocopied, illegible, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries are not eligible.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per household regardless of method
Mail-in entrants must provide a phone number, which is used only to contact winners and administer the promotion. Mail-in entrants are not required to agree to receive marketing text messages, and providing a phone number by mail does not enroll you in text messaging.Â
Online and mail-in entries have equal odds of winning.
5. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
2 winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random drawing will be conducted on or about November 8, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated administrator.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.Â
All eligible entries, online and mail-in, have an equal chance of being selected.
6. PRIZE
Each winner will receive one (1) Axiaâ„¢ HaloRingâ„¢ Hair Dryer (approximate retail value: $129).
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification.
If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
8. PUBLICITY GRANT
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for marketing where legally permitted, without additional compensation.
9. PRIVACY

If you provide your email address or mobile numbers on your online entry, we will use it to administer the promotion, to contact winners, and to send marketing emails and text messages as described in these Rules. You may opt out of marketing at any time as described above.
10. LIABILITY RELEASE
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and affiliated parties from liability related to participation, technical issues, or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and class actions and class arbitrations are expressly waived. Arbitration will apply Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
If there is a conflict between these Official Rules and our general Terms or any other terms, these Official Rules control with respect to this promotion.
