1. What is the subscription program? Our subscription program is the best way for you to get the hair care products you want to be delivered to you on a regular schedule without the hassle. This program offers the best perks with free shipping and 30% off every subscription order. You have complete control over your subscription when it comes to adding or removing products. You can also cancel, pause, or skip your subscription before your next ship date. We send an email reminder at least 3 days before each order is shipped, so make sure you’re signed up for notifications.

2. How do I modify my subscription? You can update your subscription details by logging into your account and selecting “Subscriptions” at the top. Simply select the subscription you would like to edit, and scroll through the page to choose “Reschedule” or “Edit Options.” To cancel your subscription, click “Edit Options” and then proceed to cancel your subscription. You can also manage your payment methods and shipping address by selecting “View and Manage Order.”

3. Which products are eligible for Subscribe & Save? Great news! All in-stock individual hair care products are eligible for subscription and take advantage of exclusive perks.

4. How much does Subscribe & Save cost? Our subscription program is totally FREE! You’ll only be charged for the products you choose to have delivered on a recurring basis.

5. Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want? Yes! You can activate and deactivate your subscription in your account any time after your original subscription order has been placed!

6. Can I apply this code to my existing subscription? Unfortunately, you are unable to apply a discount code to your subscription, unless it is a subscription-only offer. However, if you have a subscription product added to your cart, as well as a non-subscription product, you can use the promotion code towards the eligible non-subscription product.

7. Can I use Rewards Points on my subscription? Unfortunately, you're unable to use Rewards Points on top of your subscription savings at this time. You can earn Rewards Points on all your subscription orders to save and apply towards non-subscription orders.
