1. What is Try before you buy?

Choose an item to try at home for 14 days and only pay for what you keep. *Currently available for the US

2. How does it work?

You select the "Try before you buy" purchase option when adding eligible items to your cart. In the cart, the subtotal will show the total price of products and a line below that states "Due today $0"

3. When will I be charged for the items I keep?

You'll see a pre-authorization on your card statement and have 14 full days to use the item before deciding if it's right for you. When the 14-day trial is over, the card on file will be charged for the full amount of your order. Your item will arrive in 3-7 business days (excluding back-ordered items).
